The European Institute of Innovation and Technology initiative in urban mobility – EIT Urban Mobility is actively looking for interested experts to join the EIT Urban Mobility by supporting their work across various activities covering innovation, business creation, education, citizen engagement, Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS), and their factory. Experts may assist the EIT Urban Mobility in wide array of activities like evaluation of innovation proposals, monitoring activities, and policy and strategy development.
How to become a registered expert?
An Expert Expression of Interest form and instructions can be downloaded here. Once completed this should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submission of a completed expression of interest does not guarantee you will be selected for assignment but will enter you into the expert pool. The Expression of Interest will be valid for three years.
Selection of experts is made from the expert pool. The criteria for selection of experts is based on the assignment, and also taking into account of the professional and technical skills required for the assignment. Additionally, language skills, geographical sector and gender balance may also be considered for selection of the expert:
- Experts of any nationality can apply.
- Experience with EU funded projects is an asset
- Proven capacity to work in English is mandatory.
Prior to the work assignment, a guideline will be issued to explain the description of the tasks, duration, location (remote/physical), remuneration rates, and reimbursement methods.
The deadline of the current call for Expressions of Interest is 30 April 2020.
