Webinar – Experiences and recommendations for usage of light electric vehicles in urban environments
October 28 @ 2:30 pm - 4:15 pm
ELVITEN – Electric L-category Vehicles Integrated into Transport and Energy Networks – is a Horizon 2020 EU-funded project to enhance sustainable urban mobility through trials of Electric L-category (light) Vehicles, or EL-Vs, and associated services, in six European cities: Bari, Genoa and Rome (Italy), Malaga (Spain), Trikala (Greece) and Berlin (Germany). The project started in 2017 and is finalised at the end of October 2020. Trials of different ELV sharing schemes (short-term, long-term rental, business/delivery) operated in the above six cities from mid-2019 to mid-2020.
ELVITEN is coordinated by the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS, part of the National Technical University of Athens) and includes 22 partners from nine countries. For further information, see www.elviten-project.eu.
This webinar follows on from (and complements) the ELVITEN Final Event which was held online on 21st October 2020. This webinar will focus on some additional project outcomes for which could not be included in the Final Event programme due to time limitations
